Q: What are the insurance requirements on a leased car?

A: If you're leasing a vehicle, the requirements are usually a bit higher than standard coverage. In most cases, you'll need liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage, and the leasing company may need to be listed on your policy. Q: What's included in renters insurance coverage?

A: Renters insurance can help protect the things you've worked hard for, like your furniture, clothing, and electronics. It may also help with liability if someone is injured in your home, and even assist with temporary living expenses if you have to move out due to a covered loss. Q: Do you need to carry insurance on your home?

A: Homeowners insurance requirements can vary depending on your state and situation, but most lenders will require it if you have home financing.
